John then decided to produce custom benches and porch swings.  With Jim’s CAD and engineering background, they expanded the concept and business.  They have filed a utility patent for the unique assembly process and interchangeable backs and fronts.

Massachusetts natives and cousins John Pacific and Jim Condry started their family owned business in 2013.  John, a general contractor and Jim, an engineer, had finished a project for a San Diego amusement park.  The project involved producing 50 indestructible benches for the amusement park’s outdoor club.  Wondering what to do with some extra material, John put together an empty skeleton of a bench.   Needing a seat back and a front emblem, he produced a hand crafted seat back that resembled a piano keyboard and music scale, to show off his interest in music.

With manufacturing facilities in San Diego, California and Westford, Massachusetts, they now offer custom benches and porch swings for any design their customers can imagine, including but limited to, sport teams, family crests, holidays, “In Memory Of”, birthdays, professional athletes and more.  The benches are assembled as part of their quality control process, then disassembled to fit in a package the size of a bicycle box or large flat screen television box.  See our “assembly” page and video for simple detailed instructions.
