Assemble Side Pieces and Seat.

Bolts are pre-installed in the side pieces, so it's best to lay one side piece flat on a level and soft surface with the bolts pointing up, and lower one end of the seat (holding the seat vertically) with the pre-drilled holes over the bolts.  Apply the washers and nuts, but do not tighten the nuts all the way until the back brace is attached.  You can attach the other side piece while the bench is vertical on one end and hand tighten the nuts on the washers.

Install the Back Brace.

Since the side pieces are not tightened to the seat yet, you will be able to spread the top of the side pieces apart to install the back brace, which has pre-installed bolts using the washers and nuts provided.  You may now tighten all of the nuts holding the seat to the side piece and back brace.

Install the Front Emblem.

Simply tip the tightened bench with side pieces on its back and insert the emblem with pre-installed bolts into the pre-drilled holes in the seat front.  Attach the washers and wing nuts from underneath and tighten.

Attach the Seat Back.

Place the bench in the upright position.  The seat back simply slides from the top down, into the grooves in the side pieces.  Then you insert and tighten the stainless pan-head screws through the pre-drilled holes in the back brace and into the seat back.  Be sure all other nuts and bolts are tightened. Congratulations, you are finished with assembly !  Enjoy !
